Hair We Grow Hair Rinse Herbs- Herbs For Healthy Hair – large size -shipped
$19.99
Make your own Hair rinse. Made from hand harvested organic herbs. These herbs combined with apple cider vinegar can remove the mineral build up from hard water and restore body and shine to your hair. The acid in vinegar can remove build-up, smooth your hair cuticle, and make your hair softer and shinier. Herbal hair rinses invigorate your scalp and stimulate the hair follicles.
Contains all organic Herbs: Nettle, Horsetail, Dandelion leaf and flower and Rosemary.
How to Make “Hair We Grow” Hair Rinse :Place a 1/4- 1/2 cup of herbs into a quart jar. (Entire contents of small packet or 1/3 of the contents of large packet.) Pour boiling water over the herbs. (Do not use tap water if your tap water is Hard. I use rain water, creek water or distilled water)
Steep for 4 – 8hrs. Pour through a mesh strainer. Now you have an infusion.
Mix 1 part ACV with 3 parts herbal infusion.. I like to pour some into a plastic squirt bottle, label it! and put the rest in the fridge. (Make sure your mixture in the fridge has vinegar in it, as the ACV works as a preservative.) Leave the squirt bottle in shower. This amount of rinse lasts me 4-6 weeks.
To use the rinse: I use the rinse on my hair after shampooing and before conditioner. Wash hair. Mix 1/2 hair rinse and 1/2 water into a yogurt container. The amount you use will depend on the amount of hair you have. I have long hair and i use about 1/4 cup of each. I keep a stash of special water in the shower along with a small yogurt container to mix my hair rinse.
Pour slowly over your hair massaging your roots. Leave it on for 1-10 minutes. For me this works best on a bath night to let the rinse sink in for a bit, but using the rinse in the shower works fine too. Some people like to use the rinse as the final step and not rinse it out. This gives your hair a more squeaky feel, which is good for people with oily hair. The smell will slowly go away as your hair dries.
Use 1- 2 times a week.
Hard water can make your hair brittle, dull, and dry out your scalp. This is because hard water is more alkaline than soft water, which can dry out hair and make it more prone to breakage. Hard water can also make it difficult for soaps to lather, which can make your hair frizzy and dull.
